At Yamini Mehra Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

🕒 Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.

✅ Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong Size Delivered (Size mismatch from what was ordered)

2. Defective or Damaged Product

3. Different Item Received (Wrong product/color/style)

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is used, washed, or altered

• The tags or original packaging are missing

• The return is requested after 3 days of delivery

• The issue is due to slight color variation (due to lighting/screen differences)

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchange is possible for the same product in a different size (if available).

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

📩 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@yaminimehradesigns.com or WhatsApp at [Insert Number] with:

   • Order Number

   • Reason for return

   • Photo of the product (clearly showing defect/mismatch)

2. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our return address.

Note: Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations. In such cases, you may have to self-ship the item.
