1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
For customized or made-to-order products, please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India):
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat ₹60 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.
International Shipping:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

India: 4–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–15 business days depending on location and customs

Note: Delivery times may vary based on external factors like courier delays, regional lockdowns, or natural calamities.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Acceptance

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Yamini Mehra Designs is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

7. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if any) are to be borne by the customer. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict them.
